Description: VIGRE stands for Vertical Integration of Research and Education. VIGRE programs bring together faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students and undergraduate students at all levels of research and education to discover, inform, and teach. For example, undergraduates have learned that doing research is considerably different than producing answers to contrived homework exercises. Read abstracts of all current VIGRE awards implemented at dozens of institutions. Funded by the National Science Foundation.
