Hosted by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) and the Department of Mathematics at Loyola Marymount University (LMU); funded with the support of the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Security Agency (NSA); in industrial partnership with Aerospace Corporation and Rand Corporation.
