Description: An introduction to inversive geometry, with explanations and illustrations using CabriJava. Many of the results and ideas are Greek, largely due to Apollonius of Perga. The approach is from the Klein viewpoint, using a group of transformations of a set of points. Topics include: Apollonian Families; basic properties of inversion; extended plane and i-lines; Equal Angles Theorem; Inversion Theorem and i-lines; Invariance of Angle; Orthogonal Curves; Algebraic Inversion Theorem; Steiner's Porism; and The Arbelos.
